Delivery & payment terms

General conditions of sale, payment and transport.

General conditions

  1. 1.1 Prices on our price list and in our offers are net prices; VAT and transport costs are not included.
  2. 1.2 Small differences in quantity and quality may occur due to the production technology of latex balloons.
  3. 1.3 Our partners agree that balloons printed by us may be used as references by Lufi Expressz Ltd.

Payment

  1. 2.1 Regular clients may pay by bank transfer within 8 days of purchase.
  2. 2.2 Default interest may be charged on late payment.

Transport

  1. 3.1 Transport costs are paid by the customer.
  2. 3.2 Packing for transport is included in the sales price.
  3. 3.3 Finished balloons are delivered by courier anywhere in Europe. Standard shipping generally takes 2 to 7 days.
  4. 3.4 Goods travel at the buyer's risk.

Complaints

  1. 4.1 Written complaints are accepted within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

Other provisions

  1. 5.1 Products remain the property of Lufi Expressz Ltd. until payment is received in full.
  2. 5.2 In the event of a dispute, the Székesfehérvár City Court has jurisdiction.
  3. 5.3 By placing an order, customers accept the conditions above.
